Repairs and rebuild
Drying a house leaves it dry and open: drywall cut two feet up the wall, flooring pulled, baseboards off, a vanity out. The rebuild is putting all of that back. Because AAA All City Contracting is a general contracting company as well as a restoration company, the same people who dried the loss handle the repairs, and you do not have to find a second contractor and start the story over.
What the rebuild covers
- Drywall hung, taped, finished and textured to match
- Paint, trim, baseboards and doors
- Hardwood, laminate, tile and carpet replaced or repaired
- Cabinets, vanities and countertops reinstalled or replaced
- Insulation, subfloor and framing repairs where water reached them

One scope, one company
The rebuild scope is written from the same documentation as the drying, so what was removed is what gets put back, and the adjuster sees one consistent file. Matching existing flooring, texture and paint is part of the job.
Larger work
Some losses go beyond patching. A finished basement gutted by a flood, or a kitchen after a fire, is a remodel-sized rebuild. We handle those as a general contractor, with the permits the county requires where the work needs them.
Questions about repairs and rebuild
Do I have to use the same company for the rebuild?
No. You can use anyone. Using the company that did the drying means one scope, one file and no gap between the two halves of the job.
How long does the rebuild take?
A single room is often a few days once drying is complete and materials are in. A basement or a kitchen is weeks. We give you a schedule before the rebuild starts.
Will it match?
Texture, paint and trim we match on site. Flooring depends on whether the original product is still available; when it is not, we show you options and the adjuster is involved in the decision.
