Often, when the water comes from something sudden inside the house, like a burst pipe or a failed water heater. Flooding from outside, sewer backups and slow leaks are often treated differently. Your insurance company decides what your policy covers; we document the damage and talk with your adjuster.
Do you charge to come out?
No. There's no dispatch fee. Once we're on site and have seen the problem, we give you an upfront estimate for the work needed.
Do you fix the plumbing too?
Yes. AAA has a licensed master plumber for residential plumbing: leaks and slab leaks, drains and hydro jetting, tank and tankless water heaters, toilets, faucets and garbage disposals, repiping, water and sewer lines, gas lines, sump pumps, water pressure, and water softeners and filtration.
Who does the rebuilding?
Our own crew, in house: framing, drywall, flooring, cabinets and countertops. We're a licensed general contractor.
Do you work on commercial properties?
