Do this first
- Wait for the all-clear. Don't go back inside until the fire department says it's safe.
- Don't wipe soot. It smears and can stain walls and fabrics further.
- Leave the heating and air off. Running it can spread soot through the house.
- Call your insurance company. Start the claim and ask what they need from you.
How we restore fire and smoke damage
We assess the damage, remove debris and burned materials, and clean soot and smoke residue from surfaces that can be saved. Water left from firefighting is extracted and the structure is dried. Then our own crew rebuilds.
The water damage nobody expects
Firefighting leaves a lot of water behind. Extracting it and drying the structure quickly helps prevent mold and further damage.
From cleanup to rebuild
As a licensed general contractor, we do the rebuild in house: framing, drywall, flooring, cabinets and countertops, by the same company that handled the cleanup.

Insurance claims
- Moisture readings. Taken at the start and checked every day while the structure dries.
- Photos. The damage, the work in progress and the finished repair.
- Drying logs & written scope. What was wet, what was done, and what has to be repaired or replaced.
- We talk to your adjuster. We share the documentation and answer the adjuster's questions when you want us to.
Payment can come from you or your insurance company, depending on the job and your claim. Your insurer decides what your policy covers; we can't promise coverage, but we can make sure the damage is documented.

Yes. Rebuilding is done in house by our own crew, under our general contractor license.
Will you work with my insurance adjuster?

Do you charge to come out?
No. There's no dispatch fee. Once we're on site and have seen the problem, we give you an upfront estimate for the work needed.
