Do this first
- Shut off the water. Use the valve under the fixture, or the main valve if you can't find the source.
- Catch the drip and move belongings. Put a bucket under it and get valuables out of the way.
- Stay clear of electricity. Keep away from water near outlets, light fixtures and cords.
- Take photos. Pictures of stains and damage help with any insurance claim.
Signs of a hidden leak
- Stains or bubbling paint on ceilings and walls
- A musty smell
- Warped or soft flooring
- A higher water bill
- The sound of running water when nothing is on
A real repair, not a patch
We repair the leak properly by replacing the failed fitting or section of pipe. If pipes keep leaking in different places, we'll talk about whether repiping makes more sense.
We can also install an automatic shutoff valve on your main water line. It closes the water off when it senses a leak, before a small drip turns into water damage.
If the problem has already soaked floors, walls or cabinets, the same call covers extraction, drying and repairs.

Questions
Will you have to open the wall?
Sometimes a section of drywall has to come out to reach the pipe. When it does, our own crew repairs it.
Can you dry out the damage too?
Yes. Water damage restoration is the other half of what we do.
Do you charge to come out?
No. There's no dispatch fee. Once we're on site and have seen the problem, we give you an upfront estimate for the work needed.
