Do this first
- Sewage backing up? Stop using water. Don't flush toilets or run sinks, showers or appliances.
- Water line break? Close the main valve. If water is pooling in the yard, shut off the main valve to the house.
- Keep people and pets away from sewage. It carries bacteria; avoid touching it.
- Note what you see. Wet spots in the yard, low pressure, gurgling drains and smells help us find the problem.

Signs of a water line problem

What a sewer camera inspection helps us understand
A camera inspection helps us assess the condition inside the line and choose the next step.
How the findings guide the work
Some breaks can be repaired in one spot. An old or failing line may need replacement. The inspection helps match the repair to the problem, and you get an upfront estimate before work starts.
If the line needs clearing, our drain-cleaning and hydro-jetting pages explain those services. If a backup has affected your home, we also provide sewage cleanup.
Tell us what you’re seeing
Tell us which drains are affected, whether the problem keeps returning, and whether water or sewage has entered the house. Include your town or ZIP code when you contact AAA All City Contracting.
If the problem has already soaked floors, walls or cabinets, the same call covers extraction, drying and repairs.

Questions
Who is responsible for the sewer line?
In many places the homeowner is responsible for the line from the house to the public sewer main, but it varies. Your local water and sewer provider can confirm where your part ends.
Can you clean up a sewage backup too?
Yes. Sewage cleanup is part of our water damage restoration work, so one call covers the line and the mess.
Do you charge to come out?
No. There's no dispatch fee. Once we're on site and have seen the problem, we give you an upfront estimate for the work needed.
