What this site collects

This website sets no cookies of its own and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, provides cookieless visitor counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that tell us how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not identify you, and we cannot see who you are from it.

What you send us

When you call or email us, we receive what you send — typically your name, phone number, address and a description of the damage. We use it to answer you, schedule the visit and do the work, and to document the loss for your insurance claim when you ask us to. We do not share it with anyone outside the business, except where the job itself requires it (your insurance adjuster, or a permit office, for example) or the law does.

Photographs

Some photographs on this site are stock images from Pexels, used under the Pexels terms, until our own job photographs replace them.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the pages and keeps standard server logs.
