Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026. This policy explains what information AAA All City Contracting, LLC ("AAA", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- When you call or email us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and what you tell us about the problem.
- When we do a job: job records such as notes, estimates, invoices, photos of the damage and the work, and, for restoration jobs, moisture readings and drying logs.
- Insurance details you choose to share, such as your insurance company, claim number and adjuster's contact information.
How we use it
To answer your call or email, schedule and do the work, give you estimates and invoices, document damage for an insurance claim when you ask us to, and keep the records a business is required to keep.
Who we share it with
- Our own team, to do the work.
- Your insurance company or adjuster, when you ask us to or as part of a claim you've started.
- Permit offices, when a repair needs a permit.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as job-management, scheduling, phone and email services. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Anyone we're required to share it with by law.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
This website
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used, for example which pages are viewed and how many people tap our phone, text or email links. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location and your device and browser type. It doesn't tell us who you are. Google's privacy policy explains how Google handles that information, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them for the job, any insurance claim, and our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@aaaallcitycontracting.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children
Our services are for adults, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date.
