About AAA All City Contracting
A water damage restoration and general contracting company serving Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta.
What you can expect from us
- Emergency calls answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
- A free inspection. We look, measure the moisture, and tell you what you are dealing with.
- Our own extraction, drying and dehumidification equipment, so drying starts on the first visit.
- We work with your insurance adjuster and document the loss with readings, photos and a written scope.
- Drying is monitored with moisture meters until the structure is actually dry, not just dry to the touch.
- The repairs and rebuild are handled by the same company that did the drying.
And if the honest answer is that a room can be dried in place, or that the loss is smaller than you feared, that is what you will hear.

About the company
AAA All City Contracting began as a water damage restoration company in Washington State and now serves Gwinnett County and the metro Atlanta area. The company handles the whole loss: the emergency extraction and drying, the sewage, mold and fire cleanup where those apply, and the repairs and rebuild afterwards.
Because the company is a general contracting business as well as a restoration business, the rebuild is not handed off. The same company that dried the house puts it back together, and your insurance file stays in one place.
How we work with insurance
Most water losses are insurance claims. We document the loss the way adjusters expect: moisture readings, photos, a written scope of what was affected and what was done, and a drying log. We communicate with your adjuster during the job. Whether a loss is covered is decided by your policy, so we recommend calling your insurer early, and we do not tell you what your policy says. We give you the facts to take to it.
What happens after you call
Four steps, start to finish. You know what we are doing and why at every stage, and the same company handles the loss from the first call to the last coat of paint.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. We come out, measure the moisture and tell you what you are dealing with. There is no charge and no obligation.
Do I have to use you for the rebuild if you did the drying?
No. You can use anyone. Using one company keeps the scope and the insurance file consistent, but it is your choice.
Will you talk to my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We provide the documentation and we communicate with the adjuster during the job.
Do you charge extra at night or on weekends?
The emergency line is answered 24/7 and we respond when the loss happens. The scope and the documentation are the same at any hour.
